Only when a product has been *officially reported by our distributor as defective, we can apply credit to your account.
If a product has been officially reported by our distributor as defective, you can request a refund within 15 days of receiving your order.
Please, do not request a refund, if your product is not in this *officially reported list, or if 15 days or more have past since you received your order. To request a refund, please use our contact form and provide your invoice number.
Upon receipt of your refund request, we will notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund.
If you are entitled to a refund, we will send you, via e-mail, a coupon code for the value of the item (as per your invoice). You can use the credit for your next order.
Sale items are non-refundable at all.
REFUNDS DUE AN INVENTORY SHORTAGE
In case of a shortage and by request (if the option is selected at checkout), we will refund your account with a credit of the value of the item that we are short. You will receive the coupon via email, and it can be only used with the account with which you ordered
Cancellations
ORDER CANCELLATION
We allow cancellation requests, if the order has not been filled, and within 1 hour of placing the order. (both must apply)
To request a cancellation, go to “my orders”, and click the “request cancellation” link, next to the order number. If the request cancellation link is not available, it means your order is already filled and the order cannot be cancelled.
Our team, may accept your cancellation request and confirm the cancellation. In that case you will receive a full refund on your credit card.
We reserve the right to deny cancellation requests, when the order has been ready for to be filled, filled or shipped.
PICK UP FAILURE
If your order is not picked up within 2 business days of the pick up date and time frame agreed at checkout (also printed on the invoice), we will cancel the order without refund.
With a minimum purchase of $95 or more ground shipping is no cost to you.
You must purchase a total of $95 worth of merchandise only before taxes, shipping and handling.
Valid on ground Canadian shipping only. Shipping promotions do not apply to orders shipped to Nunavut, Yukon, the Northwest Territories or remote locations.
Additional charges apply for express shipping.

We use Fedex and Purolator for Shipping with traking.
Express shipping takes 1 business day (except remote locations) and ground shipping vary depending on the location.
